Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of our website and request form. By using the site, you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

What service do we provide?
We provide a free online service that collects your loan request and connects you with lenders and partners in our network; we are not a lender, and we do not make credit decisions or loan offers.
We do not issue loans, set rates or fees, approve applications, service accounts or collect payments. Any loan is a contract between you and the lender named in your agreement. Our role and compensation are described in the advertiser and lending disclosure, and the overall process is outlined on How It Works.
Who may use the service?
You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old, a legal U.S. resident, legally able to enter a contract, and submitting a request for yourself rather than for another person.
Lenders set their own additional requirements, such as minimum income, a valid bank account and residence in a state where they lend. Using the site does not mean you meet any lender's requirements.
Is an offer or approval promised?
Nothing on the site promises an offer, approval, loan amount, rate or funding time, because every lender reviews requests independently and may decline any request for any lawful reason.
Rates, terms, payment examples and timelines on the site are estimates for general information only. The lender's own disclosures and agreement control.
What are you responsible for when you submit information?
You agree that every detail you submit is true, complete and your own, and you understand that false or misleading information may lead to declined requests and may violate federal or state law.
You authorize us and lenders in our network to verify your information, including through consumer reporting agencies, identity verification services and your bank. Please update us promptly if information you provided changes before a lender acts on it.
How do you consent to be contacted?
By submitting the request form, you agree that we, lenders and partners in our network may contact you about your request by email, phone and text message at the numbers and addresses you provide.
Where you give separate consent, calls and texts may use automated technology or prerecorded messages; that consent is not a condition of any loan. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an unsubscribe link, or emailing [email protected].
Whose terms govern your loan?
If you accept an offer, the lender's loan agreement, disclosures and privacy notice govern that loan, and those documents control over anything on our site that may appear to conflict.
Questions or disputes about rates, fees, payments, collections or credit reporting must be raised with the lender. We are not a party to your loan agreement.
Who owns the content on the site?
We or our licensors own the text, graphics, calculators, design and code on the site, and you may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell or create derivative works from the content without written permission. You may not use the site to send spam, upload malicious code, interfere with security features or submit requests on behalf of others.
What disclaimers apply?
The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Our guides are general educational information, not financial, legal or tax advice. Consider speaking with a qualified professional about your situation. We do not endorse lenders or third-party sites linked from our pages and are not responsible for their content or practices.
How is our liability limited?
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any loan you obtain from a lender.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
Do you agree to receive documents electronically?
Yes, by using the service you agree to receive notices, disclosures and other communications from us electronically, by email or by posting on the site, and you agree that electronic records satisfy any writing requirement.
Lenders in our network may ask for your separate consent to electronic disclosures and electronic signatures for their loan documents. Keep a copy of anything you sign, and contact the lender if you need a paper copy of your agreement.
Can we suspend or end your access?
We may suspend or end your access to the site or the request form at any time if we believe you have broken these terms, submitted false information or used the service in a way that harms others.
Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after access ends.
Which law governs these terms?
The laws of the State of Maryland govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maryland unless the law requires otherwise.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Can these terms change?
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
How can you ask a question about these terms?
Email [email protected], call (888) 353-4256, or write to 7317 Magnolia Road, Suite 207, Annapolis, MD 21401 with any question about these terms of use.
